I think more people could be interested, cause people always miss the power unit.
As mentioned at the Memofest 2014, I am interested to buy one.
I am sure more people will be interested, so you can start a production line
Around what price can you produce one of those?

Screen 8 (MSX2) is 256x192, 256 colours. bits for colors are RRRGGGBB, if its a 9958 (which was used in MSX2+) it can handle around 19000 colours else the 9958 and 9938 are compatible with the 9918/9928 i have modes equal to MTX (VS 4). but also have modes allow multicolored sprites ...

Re: New member - RetroElectroDad
In fact I use a English Crosscompiler called AS80, you can find it online. It works under 64bit windows, before I had to use the DOSBOX. can easy assemble a sourcefile into z80 binary before you enterkey is released ;) e.g 12000 lines of assembler code. other cross assemblers might be the same. Othe...

Re: New member - RetroElectroDad
Welcome to the Forum :) I think it should be pretty easy for you to program the MTX, have you ordered the REMEMORIZER too? Then its easy to save work on SD card. A nice device, we all wish we had in the 80's (ofcause we didn want to pay for that kind of hardware in the 80's) Might have cost 10000 po...

Re: Hardware and Firmware Errors and Bugs
dont know if its real erros, also mentioned at Facebook MTX Group. For loops with negative steps dont do as they do on eg. MSX BASIC. Dave Stevenson said: See page 83 of the Phoenix MTX Operator's manual - this behaviour, with negative step increments, is documented there If you use assembler routin...

Re: Replacing a 4116 VRAM with a more reliable 4164 - Courte
Great work Martin and Dave.
Could it even be possible to remove all the 4116 and replace them by a single chip?
Could replacement mean quicker access to the VRAM ? or is it the X-Tal to decide the speed?

Re: Where have all the MTXs gone?
The maps shows that South Part of UK have most MTX users
Does it mean people in South UK not have moved up to the next level of computing since the 80s?

Re: "new" games as COM files.
yes could, put the comfile in Basic Memory, and save it back to a comfile use the user write command (i think its write?) Then people could easy hook the MTX upto a computer and load the wave and run it, to create the .com file at disk or sdcard. Or just use some of the other ways to copy the .COM f...
