Snow, what’s that? Only joking, although my town has not had any this winter so far, only ten miles away (further inland) it did snow and it settled. It was around 1cm deep in Bristol. If you were around during the classic analogue CRT TV era, you may be like me and bought a Maplin Electronics SCART video amplifier, then you can have two tellies fed from one SCART signal… :P

I wonder if these were boards that Jim “liberated” from the factory? If so, perhaps they failed at the factory test stage and maybe never worked? The strike action by the RMT is cancelled for this Saturday (tomorrow). However, most train companies say that they don’t have time to arrange to run a normal Saturday service. So if anyone intends to try to travel by train, please do check beforehand which services are actually planned to run. Mark
