Hi All,
I am happy to host the next Memofest in South Cheshire. Probably about the same time as this years. Closer to the time I'll post dates and see which weekend suits the most people.
How I'm going to beat that cake is anyones guess.

Was it possible to extend Noddy?
I've always wondered why it wasn't possible to extend Noddy. Basic had its User command, Panel could be expanded using M/C and even user interrupts could be added. Node was also handled as an extension. But Noddy was always write text on Blue. Not very user friendly. Did Noddy use a Virtual screen t...

Re: MTX BASIC Variables
Hi Bill, Only just seen this. Had a quick look at the doc and the 24bit addressing stuff I've not seen described before so thanks for that. I'll have a good read of this and come back to to but a couple of points: Arrays are stored straight after BASIC. Strings are defined as 64 byte arrays I think....

Replacement Serial Ports
How easy would it be to make a serial port for the MTX? Something compatible with the original one?

Re: Help with determining publish years for 1983/4
The Continental titles are never mentioned in 1983 or even as "coming soon" so I've put them down as 1984. Also according to Bruning Software website, Brunword was released in 1984.
So job done.

Re: Help with determining publish years for 1983/4
OK, I've started to go thro Memopad looking for clues.
Also realised anything by Syntaxsoft will have to be 1984 onwards as it didn't exist beforehand.
So now down to:
Brunword
Gauntlet
Graphics
Musicpad
Payroll
