Re: MTX to Centronics Printer Cable
Hi David,
The cable pin-out is in the manual, available on this page
http://www.primrosebank.net/computers/m ... anuals.htm

Re: MTX512 monitor cable
Hi, the MTX video output is Composite Video, so a TV composite video cable will work with the composite video input to a TV. Normally, they are a yellow phono connector, the only difficulty is that Memotech used a BNC connection on the back of the MTX. You should be able to pick up a BNC-to-phono ad...

Hi Bill,
good work - and not a waste of time!
I don't know whether he has any documents squirrelled away, but Tony worked on Node back in the day, so may be able to shed some light on this

Hi folks, You may be aware of the fake CMOS Z80s that we have found recently. The chips were marked as 20MHz CMOS Z80s, but were anything but! Lez sent me a batch of additional CPUs for testing to assess the quality that he was getting from a couple of Chinese suppliers, testing has shown that they ...

Re: MTX+ Running BASIC
Hi Martin,
Not that it needs it, but, as you know, the video board can take another 64k of VRAM. Are you short of the VRAM chips? I have some spare that Lez sent me if you want a couple?
Regards
Dave
