Or use the just announced Raspberry Pi model B+, which has enough GPIO ports:

(OK, so it's not actually upgraded yet, Farnell have no stock, but delivery is supposed to be 25th July)

Brush up your C skills and make the necessary changes in the MEMU-Pi code (after all, as you recently demonstrated, you know all the buzz-words :) ).

Or wait for me to get around to it :( .
