Hi,

I have a list of software titles that I am trying to determine when they were published. Going by Memopad published in December 1984 I am fairly confident the following were either published in 1983 or 1984. Can anyone help with pinning down the year?

Agrovator
Brunword
Colossal Adventure
Composer
Doodlebug Destroyer
Draughts
Edasm
First Letters 1
Gauntlet
Graphics
Heli-Maths
Lords of Time
Mission Omega
Musicpad
Payroll
Snowball
Spelli Copter
Words & Pictures

cheers

Hi Paul,

a good place to start would be look at the Tape Covers on the site, they are not all there, but for example, the rear of the Draughts Tape Cover has a Copyright Date of 1983

Dave

I've a few of these,

Agrovator - no date on tape or inlay
Colossal Adventure - (C) 1983 on the tape
Doodlebug Destroyer - no date on tape or inlay
Draughts - (C) 1983 on the inlay
Edasm - The manual says (C) 1984
Lords of Time - (C) 1983 on the tape

Hope that helps

OK, I've started to go thro Memopad looking for clues.

Also realised anything by Syntaxsoft will have to be 1984 onwards as it didn't exist beforehand.

So now down to:

Brunword
Gauntlet
Graphics
Musicpad
Payroll

The Continental titles are never mentioned in 1983 or even as "coming soon" so I've put them down as 1984. Also according to Bruning Software website, Brunword was released in 1984.

So job done.
