WTB 2114 SRAM x 6

Hi

Anyone got some 2114s spare? I need 6 for my Exidy Sorcerer, which seems to have failing SRAM (doesn't work until warmed up). If you have fewer that's fine, I can swap them about until I find the faulty piece.

You should have said yesterday, I've a bunch of 2114's. All low power variants by the look of it.

There's 10 MSM2114L3RS (ex Vic20) and 2 MCM21L14P45 ex ZX81.

They're all showing the signs of having been de-soldered manually, so might need a bit of cleaning up, but as far as I know they all work.

I've found these to be okay: 10pcs TC5514APL-3 TOSHIBA Encapsulation DIP-18. They are direct equivalents (except much lower power) to 2114L chips.
