Hi Guys,

Lez is going to place an order for the components on Friday.

I have pased along the list of "takers", but Lez still has scope for adding a few extras, so, if anyone who has not already expressed an interest would like a kit, please drop me an e-mail before Thursday night.

Inaki, YES, at this point, they are free.

Is there any documentation about what we are going to do with this kit ?
I read the original post but did not get much of it, apart for being a new Z80 system made from scratch, which, btw, is enough for me!

Hi Inaki,

Lez originally had an idea that a group of Memotech enthusiasts might develop a 20MHz Z80 "MTXPlus" and was planning on running a course around that idea. There is a similar thread on a Tatung Einstein forum which did seem to generate a bit of interest, but sadly, not much interest here, so the idea stalled.

Les did sent me a couple of "installments" of his material, and I have been gathering quite a bit of technical data and posting it on my site, including datasheets etc. for most of the ICs in the kit. I have gone on to develop a design of my own (which I am in the middle or modifying), but the "course" as such never got off the ground.

If you like, I can send you a copyof the material that Lez sent me?
