New Powertran Cortex in the pipeline

I was reading on the 'Vintage Computer Forum' that a NEW TMS9900 Powertran Cortex is in the pipeline.

It looks like it will be based on the TMS99105 CPU, and by what I can gather it looks like some of the original designers are involved.
It Will be interesting to see how it evolves as the original TMS9995 Powertran was probably one of the best (if not the best!) DIY self-build microcomputer kit of the eighties.
