Adjust video daughterboard for better colors?

Hi There.
My 4000-06 mainboard, have more weak colors then my other mainboards. I think it might be possible to adjust it at the daughter-video-board? Or maybe just let it be and try to adjust the monitor
This daughterboard have an adjust meter at the top, but didn touch it. Also I could try to replace the videoboard with a spare.
