Hate it, now I am using the forum in anger. See my other (similar thread).. Doh. Thing is, it looks cool on a 30 year old brushed aluminium computer, but not on a screen where you have to read a load of text. My eyes hurt! Compare it with, say, this one: http://stardot.org.uk/forums/ Se what I mean?

Hard to read forum colours
I find this forum very dark and hard to read. It's the red on black colour scheme. Very MTX-like, but not very legible. Any chance of brightening it up a bit? Anyone else got thoughts?

Power supply overhaul?
Does the power supply need to be recapped? I guess from the weight of it it is a simple transformer / rectifier affair. The reason I ask is I saw some posts in my travels that talked about power block meltdown! and I don't want it to happen to mine. Any preventative measures I can take?
