:D I guess that to folks who've recently got hold of a machine (especially looking the direction of the prices), 5-6 working Memotech MTXs sounds fantastical! Of course, not all were bought recently or on ebay, so I understand the amount spent wasn't extreme... but if you're new around here and just paid 200-300 GBP, for example, for your machine, I could imagine jaws hitting the floor! :o

Sorry to say I have just added a new MTX512 to the very recently updated list!

I managed to get it for £150 off eBay which I thought was pretty good these days.

Bloody-hell. Do you think that Retro Man Cave's youtube feature of last year and the continued success of his channel, has contributed to the interest in the platform?

I think that's too long ago to be pertinent to today's prices. It's more likely the lockdown and people finding things to spend their time doing indoors.

Last weekend I decided to put my 512 on eBay, with a 99p starting price. Two days later and it's at £311...

Mind you, it is pristine and (after the "bent ROM legs" incident) working fully.
