Okay, there is the SN76489AN sound chip as standard.
There is also a general purpose digital parallel user I/O port and a Centronics parallel printer port. Either of which could be used to drive a basic resister ladder DAC and therefore be used to recreate digitised audio sound.
And we have mass storage that's far faster than a floppy disk and with much greater capacity.
So, has anyone created any long (measured in minutes) stand alone music tracks that use the features I listed above?

PS, they only let me loose with a triangle at school, I have no musical ability to speak of, so don't look to me to create any music.
