Your MTX records a case temperature of 30C with no case fitted

I'm currently hiding in my electronic workshop room, as apart from the downstairs lav (which has no windows), it's a bit cooler than any other room in the house.

Unfortunately each day, with me in the room, my laptop and my soldering iron on from time to time, it gets a bit hotter...

Now I have a 12V DC 120mm equipment fan (normally used for sucking solder flux fumes) turned around to blow on me. It's powered from my 12V lead acid battery and 12V solar PV panel system, as is the radio that I'm listening to at the moment. BTW, the 12V battery is currently at 12.65V. It also feeds some 12V LED external lights which switch on automatically at night.

On Tuesday it was 26°C in this room, yesterday it only got to 27°C. At the moment, it's got to 29°C and the humidity has gone up to 69%.

Still better than elsewhere in the house where it's around 31°C to 32°C. Including the bedroom
