I took a quick look at these, but I don't think they help. The MTX requires 8x10 bitmaps, which I don't think are included there.

The CP850 font I showed, also a CP437 font which I didn't show, came from the collection here.

Ah well, pity.

I'll look for some 8x10 bitmap fonts.

I did wonder about the BBC master font, with some hand edits for descenders etc. to make use of the extra rows. But that too has "useful" letters in the 128-143 area.
