MFX Availability

I’ve been out of the MTX world over the last few years, but have rekindled my interest in it recently. Taking a look at Dave’s MTX website I’ve come across the new MFX device and was wondering its availability and cost including shipping to the US.

Which email address did you send it to and what is the from address? I can't see anything in my junk mail for david(at sign)dmkw.us
If you sent it there I'll have to get Apple to whitelist your email address. It's also happened with other senders.
